RAISE Up – Excellence in Leadership
The Raise Up programme is a unique initiative from the RAISE Education Trust which draws on years of experience in high-quality leadership development. The programme is adapted to be suitable for both teachers and support staff developing them to become more influential leaders.
Through a mix of one-to-one coaching and collaboration with expert colleagues, participants will explore how to drive improvement and change. The programme will help to increase self-awareness, build confidence in leadership style, and expand the professional network.
For teaching staff, the Raise Up programme offers a specific focus on coaching middle leaders to extend their influence on teaching and learning beyond the classroom.
The teaching staff & support staff programmes are run separately.
Included in both programmes:
- 8 hours of CPD, analysing and applying the fundamentals of excellent leadership
- a one-to-one coaching session with a senior leader
- opportunities for collaboration and networking
