Excellence in Leadership offers middle leaders the opportunity to look beyond the classroom to increase their influence on teaching and learning. Participants will explore how to influence improvement and change, developing their leadership styles and practices through collaboration with expert colleagues and one to one coaching.

Excellence in Leadership for Support Staff
Excellence in Leadership is an exciting programme that is unique to RAISE Education Trust building on years of experience of delivering high quality support staff leader development. Participants will explore how to influence improvement and change, developing their leadership styles and practices through collaboration with expert colleagues and one to one coaching.
The programme is suitable for those support staff that would like to participate in a process that will increase self-awareness, teach them how to influence improvement and change, develop confidence with their leadership styles and practices and extend their network by working with colleagues.
