RAISE Above - Aspiring to Leadership

About Us

Effective professional development should challenge thinking through thought provoking learning conversations in order to bring about a change in practice and therefore student outcomes. Working collaboratively to enhance the professional development of our local partnership is a priority within the RAISE Education Trust. We aim to provide a vibrant, inclusive learning experience that inspires and nurtures the unique potential of each individual, providing them with knowledge and skills to thrive and contribute meaningfully to our community

The Programme

Aspiring to Leadership offers colleagues the opportunity to explore the key principles of effective leadership. Participants will be given the opportunity to reflect on the next stage of their career and what they need to develop in order to achieve this goal through networking and one to one coaching with expert colleagues.

The programme is suitable for colleagues who are ready to participate in a process that will increase self- awareness, allow them to begin to understand how to influence improvement and change, develop their understanding of the difference between leadership and management and explore how to develop relationships and communication within a team.
