It is with great enthusiasm that I present the RAISE Education Trust 3-Year Improvement Plan. - To deliver a curriculum which is rich and personalised, offering a developmental sequence of learning that results in strong progression and outcomes and prepares our young people for adult life.
- To create robust governance within the Trust, ensures effective leadership, accountability, and strategic decision-making to achieve our goals and uphold our values.
- To ensure all our young people have the skills and knowledge to secure the very best opportunities in adult life.
- To ensure all members of our community have a deep sense of belonging and trust in our schools and Trust
- To ensure that there is appropriate capacity and expertise within the Trust to facilitate an innovative approach to growth and change
- There is a Trust wide commitment to making a contribution to local, regional and national educational networks beyond the Trust
- To ensure all stakeholders are aware of the Trusts vision and values around Equality, Diversity and Inclusion
- To use specific Government funding to improve the educational outcomes for our most vulnerable young people
- To ensure that RAISE Education Trust has the necessary resources and personnel to achieve excellent outcomes while maintaining financial sustainability
- To measure our footprint; educate our children, staff, parents and volunteers to significantly reduce our environmental impact
